1. What sizes do you carry?

We proudly carry sizes ranging from Small to 3X (plus size). Each product listing includes a sizing guide to help you find the perfect fit for your curves.


2. Do your clothes run true to size?

Most of our styles run true to size, but we always recommend checking the fit notes and size chart under each product. If an item runs smaller or larger, we’ll let you know right in the description.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days via standard shipping. You'll receive tracking info once your package ships.


4. Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! At checkout, you’ll have the option to select standard or express shipping for faster delivery. Additional charges apply.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping times and costs will vary by location and are shown at checkout. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country's policies.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit the “Track My Order” page on our site.


7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn and unwashed. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.


8. Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces may be restocked depending on demand. We suggest joining our email list or following us on Instagram to stay updated on restocks and exclusive drops.


9. Can I cancel or edit my order?

Orders can be updated or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at renea@proudbbb.com ASAP with your order number.


10. Do you offer local pickup or in-store shopping?

At this time, we are an online-only boutique, but stay tuned — pop-up events and local appearances are coming soon!


11. Do you offer gift cards?

No! Although they make the perfect gift for any fashion-forward friend or family member. Digital gift cards are not offered.


12. How can I use a promo code?

Enter your promo or discount code at checkout before completing your order. Only one code can be applied per purchase.


13. What if I’m between sizes?

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Still unsure? Feel free to message us and we’ll help you decide!


14. Do you offer style suggestions or help putting together outfits?

15. Can I be featured on your page?
