All merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Upon receiving the item(s), please provide an explanation and pictures via email of the damage or default. After confirming the damage to the item(s), a return label will be provided via email. So, please make sure the email address provided is correct. Remember, you only have 7 days to return the item(s) in question.
